In high school, my speech teacher Miss Evelyn Smith, was the first to tell me I should consider some kind of announcing career. (Not sure whether to thank her or not!) Anyway, I started in radio the week after my high school graduation, and this got the clock ticking on a near 40 year career of talking, and sometimes getting paid for it.
I’ve been in radio, television, done voice overs for industrial videos, civic projects, web related items and was the voice of all ‘Knight & Hale Game Calls’ television shows for nearly 20 years. (Was kind of fun walking through ‘Bass Pro Shops’ all over the country and hearing myself!)
